Festivals Smokin Rednecks Style

I would like to introduce the cutomer to the Smokin Rednecks Festival Style.  What are they to expect when they eat with us at a Festival, what products may be available (Seasonal or local products available maybe)  What are some of the places they may have eaten with the Smokin Rednecks and Mention some events you attend yearly.
